style=\"color: #046bd2; transition-property: all;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bcn.cl\/leychile\/navegar?idNorma=1174663\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">art\u00edculo 15, de la Ley vigente de copropiedad N\u00b0 21.442<\/a>, se establece que para llevar a cabo las<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">\u00a0sesiones ordinas<\/span>\u00a0se requiere:<\/p><ul style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Quorum m\u00ednimo de constituci\u00f3n: Las personas que representen\u00a0<b>66% de las personas\u00a0<\/b><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 16px;\">Quorum m\u00ednimo de adopci\u00f3n de acuerdos:\u00a0<span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Mayor\u00eda reforzada equivalnte al 66%\u00a0<\/span><\/li><\/ul><div><p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\">Materias a tratar:<\/p><ol style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: normal; font-weight: 400;\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Modificaci\u00f3n de reglamento de copropiedad, en materias reguladas en las letras d) y F) del presente numeral.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Delegaci\u00f3n de facultades al comit\u00e9 de administraci\u00f3n, respecto a las materias establecidas en las letras c), d) y el numeral 2 del presente cuadro.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Enajenaci\u00f3n, arrendamiento cesi\u00f3n de tenencia de bienes de dominio com\u00fan, o la constituci\u00f3n de grav\u00e1menes sobre ellos.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Reconstrucci\u00f3n o demolici\u00f3n del condominio.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Petici\u00f3n a la direcci\u00f3n de obras municipales para que se deje sin efecto la declaraci\u00f3n que acogi\u00f3 el condominio al r\u00e9gimen de copropiedad inmobiliaria, o su modificaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Cambio de destino de las unidades del condominio.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Obras de ampliaci\u00f3n del condominio, o alteraciones de sus unidades.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Construcciones en los bienes comunes y cambio de destino de dichos bienes, incluso de aquellos asignados en uso y goce exclusivo.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Constituci\u00f3n de derecho de uso y goce exclusivo de bienes de dominio comuna favor de uno o m\u00e1s copropietarios, u otras formas de aprovechamiento de los bienes de dominio com\u00fan.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Retribuci\u00f3n a los miembros del comit\u00e9 de administraci\u00f3n, mediante un porcentaje de descuentos en el pago de los gastos comunes.<\/li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Contrataci\u00f3n de un nuevo seguro del condominio y que implique una modificaci\u00f3n de los riesgos cubiertos por la p\u00f3liza vigente producto de la eliminaci\u00f3n o incorporaci\u00f3n de coberturas complementarias, tales como sismo o salidas del mar.<\/li><\/ol><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-33 elementor-top-column elementor-element
